Refund Policy


At Gizmo Tech, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

  • Certain items like opened electronics or clearance deals may be non-refundable.
